A 4-bedroom residence at 10 Pinta Rd, in Miami’s Bay Heights — a quiet enclave beside the Vizcaya gardens. The single-storey L-shaped plan wraps a turquoise pool and a timber pergola with its own outdoor kitchen, dissolving the boundary between living room and deck. Designed and delivered by LUXOM with SBB Arquitectura and interiors by Margaret Bissu.
